Digital Checkup is a product offered by AIVAULT AI INC. This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit the Digital Checkup website or submit the request form. We process your data in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the principles of the GDPR.

What data do we process?
Request form: When you submit the form, we collect your website address and email address, and optionally your phone number. The phone field is not required; you may leave it empty. Analysis data: For brand analysis, Digital Checkup reads only publicly available data — such as your website, social media profiles, Google Maps listing and ad libraries. It never asks for a password or access authorization to any of your accounts.
Purposes and legal basis
Your form data is used only to review your request, to contact you about setup and to keep you informed about the process. The legal basis is the explicit consent you give when submitting the form (KVKK art. 5; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Storage, security and cross-border transfer
Your data is stored on secure servers, only for as long as needed for the purpose above. As AIVAULT AI INC is based in the United States and infrastructure may be located abroad, your personal data may be processed and stored abroad (in the US). This transfer is based on the explicit consent you provide.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies: The site uses your browser's storage for functional purposes only — the NEXT_LOCALE cookie that remembers your language, your theme preference (dc-theme), your cookie decision (dc-consent) and a record that shows the intro animation once per session. This data stays on your device. Consent-based cookies: Measurement and marketing cookies run only if you allow them in the cookie notice; until you do, no third-party script is loaded. No measurement or advertising tool is currently active on the site. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Sharing with third parties
Your personal data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing. When necessary to provide the service (e.g. hosting or email delivery), your data may be processed on our behalf only by service providers bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
