Personal data processed and collection method

When you submit a request, the website address and email address you share via the form on our website — and your phone number, if you choose to provide it — are processed. In the brand-analysis process, only publicly available data (your website, social media profiles, Google Maps listing, ad libraries) is used; no password or access authorization is requested for any of your accounts.

Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed only to review your request, to contact you about setup and to keep you informed about this process. It is not used for marketing, profiling or any other purpose.

Legal basis

The processing is based on the explicit consent you gave when submitting the form, pursuant to KVKK art. 5/1. You may withdraw your consent at any time; in that case your data is deleted.

Transfer and cross-border transfer

Your data is not transferred to third parties for marketing. Only when necessary to provide the service (e.g. hosting, email delivery) may it be processed on our behalf by service providers bound by confidentiality. As AIVAULT AI INC is based in the United States, your personal data may — under KVKK art. 9 and based on your explicit consent — be processed and stored abroad (in the US).

Retention period

Your personal data is stored on secure servers for as long as the purpose requires and in line with KVKK and GDPR principles; it is deleted when the purpose ends or upon your request.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

Under article 11 of the Law you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred at home or abroad,
• To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• To request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
• To request that correction/deletion be notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
• To object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis,
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.

To exercise the rights above, you can send your requests to connect@aivault.vc or apply in writing to the postal address indicated above. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
